Kilograms per material, per country, business or consumer — the shape a national scheme asks for. It is counted from the same deliveries you already record, so nothing is entered twice and nothing is remembered at the end of a year. The EU packaging regulation (PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40) has applied since 12 August 2026, and registration is national — country by country, most of them with no minimum quantity. Kubifex produces the figure you report. It does not register you, does not act as your authorised representative and does not pay a scheme on your behalf.
A recipe per customer and product — a pallet, so many metres of film, so many corners — and a shipment becomes a customer, a product and a number. Send more than the recipe was written for and it scales, and says that it scaled: whole things round up, metres do not.
Every packaging item carries where its weight came from — weighed here, a supplier’s specification, a published figure, or an estimate. The report states what share of the kilograms rests on estimates and names the items behind it. A supplier’s delivery note can be read in, and a weight is taken only where the document states it per unit. Nowhere else, and never divided out of a total.
A pallet that comes back is not placed on the market a second time, and every scheme treats that its own way. It is counted and shown, never folded into the total on its own.
Quotes built from the materials and parts already in the system, so the price and the thing you actually cut are the same data. When a drawing changes, the estimate is not left behind.
