Drop in an incoming invoice or delivery note and the lines come back as packs — species, dimensions, volume, the claim, the supplier’s certificate code. The claim is read per line, so a document carrying one certified line and one uncertified line arrives as exactly that. A logo in the footer is not a claim and is never treated as one.
From the unit and the dimensions, on the server. The field cannot be typed into — which is why a decimal point cannot end up one place out and quietly produce more wood inside the product than came off the pack.
One record from arrival to the last board. Its balance is derived from the consumptions beneath it and is never stored, so there can never be two copies of one number disagreeing across two sheets.
Blank against finished, per part, per product. From W5 sawn stock through to a W12 or W13 component the number is the one your own methodology describes, and the drawing sits behind it where an auditor can see it.
The claim written out can never be stronger than the claim that came in. Not a warning afterwards — the save is refused, and the reason is named.
A supplier card is created by reading their certificate. Expiry is on file and checked against every incoming document, and a certificate code that already belongs to another company is refused, naming the holder.
Per period, per claim, per product group: purchased · opening stock · closing stock · sold · what ended up in product. Behind every figure, the documents it was computed from. This is the fortnight before a surveillance audit, and it is the reason the rest of it exists.
An audit samples five to twenty delivery notes out of a year. Any sampled line prints as a single sheet: what went out and what it was made of, both documents linked. Where a field has no value it prints “not recorded” — an empty field is information, and nothing is invented to fill it.
It answers from the rules and from your own rows. When it does not know, it says so and the question reaches us — it never fills a gap with something plausible. Sixty questions a day on Basic.
Long enough to put in your certificate, read one delivery note, make one delivery and print the summary. If the first pack does not reconcile in ten minutes, nothing else on this page matters.
